As soon as you receive a product from Askari Herbal and you find that the product is not what was described over the website you can return it right away. You can return the product within 7 days after receiving the product. Kindly notify us before returning the product and mention the reason as well. If the product is not as per the description you can feel free to return it.

By notifying us, you would be given a return number and your money would be credited back to your account once the product has reached our warehouse. We will happily accept the returns if the mistake is on our behalf. In case of a damaged product or if it is leaking you can notify it at our customer care center. Any notification after the 7 days of delivery would not be entertained. You must ensure that product is not used or meddled with.
